Little Common came together today (9 November) to honour those who gave their lives in service to their country.
Crowds lined the streets to watch the annual Remembrance parade and take part in the two-minute silence at the village war memorial.
Councillor Connor Winter laid a wreath on behalf of Bexhill Town Council and took part in the parade for the seventeenth consecutive year.

Councillor Winter said: “It was wonderful to see so many residents turn out to show their respect,” adding that it was a privilege to be joined by Rear Admiral John Kingwell CBE JP DL for the occasion.
Later in the day, the community was invited to gather at The Wheatsheaf for the lighting of the Little Common beacon and a dedication ceremony at 4pm — a moving conclusion to a day of remembrance and reflection.
