Bexhill rowers attended the annual Coastal Rowing Association awards last Saturday night as they toasted a successful 2026 season.
The club shot up the league from a lowly seventh last year to fourth.
Winning the masters 40+ championship including becoming champions in this category for the whole of the south coast of England.
The club also won the men’s novice fours aggregate cup with three wins.

Bexhill tied with local rivals Eastbourne in the overall novice aggregate, with three wins apiece, but won the coin toss to retain the trophy.
Bexhill also placed second in the men’s single and double sculls with another second in men’s senior pairs.
